In order to service the water bypass hose, first drain the engine coolant. Then, take off the bypass hose. In order to fit in the new hose, reverse the steps of the removals and fill up the cooling system.

How to Service the Cooling Hose and Bypass Tube on Ford Mustang?

To replace the coolant line and bypass tube, empty the engine coolant, unscrew the bypass hose and bolt and unscrew the bypass tube. Take out the bracket bolt and heater hose. Install a new O-ring, wipe and grease surfaces, apply designated coolant, and undo what was done to install it.
