The service process for the front crossmember begins by hoisting the vehicle in neutral position. Remove any crossmember brace that exists as part of the equipment. The front crossmember
Brake Line can be disconnected by removing its two clips and performing a 7 Nm (62 lb-in) nut torque on the A/C line bracket before reinstalling them. Before moving on from the process, free up the power steering line locator from its position on the crossmember. The
Radiator should receive adequate support using a proper tool. The front stabilizer bar bracket nuts need to be untightened while installation but should be reinstalled at 70 Nm (52 lb-ft). Two technicians are required for moving forward with this step by loosening the four front crossmember nuts that need a torque of 115 Nm (85 lb-ft) when reinstalling. To finish the installation reverse the procedures that were used for removal.
