How to service and repair the rocker arm assembly on Ford Ranger?

In order to service the rocker arm assembly, take off the valve cover and make the marks indicating each position of the rocker arm. Take away the bolts, rocker arms and fulcrums. Installation again with by tightening bolts up to 32 Nm (24 ft. lbs. ) and lubricate with clean engine oil. Keep the engine clean to prevent engine failure.
