To repair the Differential Pressure Feedback EGR Valve have the battery ground cable disconnected first. Next, take off the sensor by unplugging the electrical connector and sliding off the sensor on the EGR tube. In case of re-installation, to install the program, just invert these steps.

In order to service the EGR valve, remove the vacuum tube and exhaust manifold fitting and tighten to 50 Nm when fitting. Take out the two bolts (tighten to 25 Nm) and wash up the sealing surfaces. Install a new gasket and undo the steps to remove and accomplish the installation.
