How to service and repair the Door Jamb Switch on Ford Taurus X?

In order to fix the door ajar switch, begin by taking off the door lock actuator. The door latch opening has a tab which is pushed up with a screwdriver. To remove the door ajar switch, rotation to the clockwise direction. Installing the new switch is just the same way but in the reverse order as the steps used when removing it.
