How to Service and Repair the Power Steering Cooler on Ford Taurus X?

In order to fix the power steering cooler, make the car in neutral position on hoist. Disconnect hoses, remove lower radiator air deflector and unbolt cooler. Install the new cooler using 10 Nm torque and then reverse the process and fill up the system ensuring that no contamination occurs to avoid failure of the components.
