How to Service and Repair the EGR Valve on Ford Thunderbird?

In order to service EGR Valve, remove the engine cover and components as shown. De-connection of the vacuum harness and the EGR module-to-exhaust manifold tube and then intake manifold is removed. Re-installation: First, reverse the process to install the intake manifold, reconnect the tube and reinstall the vacuum harness.
