How to service and repair the Coolant Reservoir, Cooling Fan Assembly, Fan Shroud and Radiator on Lincoln Aviator?

To service the fan shroud, drain the cooling system, detach the front air deflector and disconnect battery ground cable. Install the instructions given to remove the cooling fan. Installation is done in reverse, fill and bleed the cooling system. And take out the splash shield to reach the transmission fluid cooler retainers.

How to service the cooling fan shroud on Lincoln Aviator?

To service the cooling fan shroud make sure the vehicle is on neutral on a hoist. Drain the cooling system, disconnect hoses and take off the degas bottle. Unscrew the cooling fan shroud bolts then the shroud. Uninstall the cooling system and install it back again with filling.
