How to Service and Repair a Power Steering Hose from the Fluid Cooler to the Reservoir on Lincoln Aviator?

In order to maintain the power steering return hose, one has to raise the vehicle and empty the reservoir. Unplug hoses to fluid cooler and fluid reservoir. Undo the installation process making sure to fill the system with the right fluid without contaminants so as to prevent premature component failures.

How to Service and Repair a Power Steering Hose from Steering Gear to Fluid Cooler on Lincoln Aviator?

In order to replace the steering gear to fluid cooler return hose, raise the vehicle in neutral and bleed out the power steering fluid. Disconnect steering lines with replacement of old O-rings and remove steering line clamp plate nut. Take off the return hose then repeat the process and fill up the power steering system.
