How to service and repair the rear seat cushion for the 20 percent second row on Lincoln Aviator?

To fix the rear seat cushion of the 20 percent second row, follow the instructions shown below by removing the second row seat and disassembling parts. Disconnect the backrest latch bolts and free the seat backrest J-clip. Please take care when detaching the trim cover, and reattach as before.
