Service or repair of the air compressor/pump requires users to first switch off the air suspension control and then disconnect the battery's ground cable. The service process begins with support bracket removal before proceeding to disconnect the electrical connector of the air compressor while pulling out the air line from the air compressor drier through quick connect locking ring compression. Disconnect the air compressor once you remove its three bolts. The white air line must have a full insertion into the fitting to achieve proper installation. Disconnecting and reconnecting the battery results in abnormal drive symptoms while the vehicle adapts its strategy although it needs driving at least 16 kilometers (10 miles). Reinstall the device according to the steps used during removal to finish the installation.
