How to service and repair the brake light switch on Lincoln LS?

In case of the fault with the brake light switch, disconnect the electrical connector and remove the insulator of the instrument panel. Take out the Brake Pedal Position (BPP) switch, put in the new switch by turning it open and fine-tuning.
