The service process starts with heater supply hose followed by water pump hose and lower radiator hose detachment from the thermostat housing. The water crossover assembly needs removal before disconnecting the water inlet hose from the coolant outlet pipe and the water inlet hose from the pump. The installer should disconnect the heater water hose which connects to the water pump. You must start by unclipping the wiring harness before taking out the two stud bolts and bolt to remove the bracket along with the belt idler pulley. The removal process ends with the extraction of the water pump assembly by taking out the bolt as well as the studs. To put it in place just do the opposite of what was done for removal.
