How to Service and Repair an Intake Air Duct for Outlet Pipe on Lincoln MKS?

Start the intake air duct service by detaching both the crankcase vent tube and vacuum tube from the outlet pipe of the Air Cleaner (ACL). Before reattaching the ACL outlet pipe to the ACL cover you must loosen its clamp but after reinstallation tighten it to 5 Nm (44 lb-in). The following service requires the technician to loosen the clamp between the ACL outlet pipe and Throttle Body (TB) before removing the ACL outlet pipe. After reinstalling it is important to tighten the clamp at 5 Nm (44 lb-in). The engine requires proper sealing of the ACL outlet pipe to block unmetered air from entering the system and to finish the installation using the reverse removal steps.
