How to Service the Rear Seat Heater Switch on Lincoln MKS?

The rear panel of the front floor console is removed to service the rear heated seat switch. Unplug the electrical connectors of the switches on the seat to be heated, and the power point connector (where available). Unscrew the clips to take off the switches and then repeat the procedure to attach the switches.
