How to Service and Repair Blower Control Switches on Lincoln MKX?

The blower motor switch service and repair starts by detaching the glove compartment damper from its position then removing the glove compartment. Disconnect the electrical connector of the blower motor speed control before removing the two screws fixing the speed control unit to the cabin. The blower motor speed control must be reinstalled via the reverse steps used during removal.
