How to service the thermostat housing on Lincoln MKX?

In order to service the thermostat housing drain and remove air cleaner outlet pipe. Unscrew the five coolant hoses and loosen the three bolts of the thermostat housing tightening them to 10 Nm when fitting. Replacing of O-ring seals, applying of lubricants and refilling of the cooling system is necessary.
