How to service and repair the instrument panel dimmer switch on Lincoln MKZ?

To service the dimmer switch of the instrument panel, remove side finish panel and push back the headlamp switch assembly and disconnect electrical connectors. Next, unclog the four tabs to take out dimmer switch. This process should be reversed to install the new switch.
