In order to fix the power seat switch, one must remove the interior door panel of the driver. Next, unscrew the electronic connector, detach the four tabs and remove the memory SET switch. In order to install the new switch, all you have to do is to reverse these steps.

How to Service and Repair the Seat Heater Switch and Seat Control Seat Switch on Lincoln MKZ?

In order to fix the seat heater and control switches, take off the front seat, and then the spring clip, recliner handle, lumbar control knob, and the seat control switch button(s). Throw away cushion side shield and retainers. To install, a new cushion side shield is required and the steps to remove it are in reverse.
