How to service and repair the power window switch on Lincoln Navigator?

The power window switch repair process starts with lifting the center console armrest of the Navigator front to remove the center console window control switch panel and its pin-type retainer. Drain the electrical connections from the assembly then unfasten the locking bars of the window control switch. The procedure for removing the window control switch from Expedition front and Expedition passenger rear involves first disconnecting their electrical connectors then removing the switch after tab release. Start with removing the rear door trim panel of the Navigator passenger rear before extracting the window control switch from its position in the door trim panel. Installation of the new switch requires following the reverse step of removing the entire system from all vehicles.
