How to properly bleed a brake caliper on Lincoln Town Car?

Bleeding the brake caliper requires clean brake fluid according to manufacturers requirements and the master cylinder reservoir should be full. Take off bleeder screw cap, pop on a hose and have an assistant pump brake pedal. Loose the screw just to release the fluid retighten it and repeat until clear fluid is obtained.

Maintenance of the brake caliper, remove the caliper and empty the brake fluid. Clamp it in a vise, and apply low air pressure to detach the piston, and do not hone the bore. Install a new piston seal and dust boot, apply brake fluid certified by Ford and install the caliper.
