Service of the Evaporative Emission Canister Purge Valve begins with disconnecting its electrical connector and separating the two fuel vapor tube quick connect couplings attached to the valve. Depressing the lock tab allows the valve to be taken out from its bracket. After remounting the Evaporative Emission System Leak Test must be completed as part of the installing procedure.
