How to Service the Sunroof Air Deflector on Lincoln Zephyr?

Service of the sunroof or moonroof windguard starts with the roof opening panel set at full OPEN glass position. First disengage the front part of the roof opening panel air deflector then remove its 2 screws while making sure to tighten them to 1 Nm (9 lb-in) torque during installation. The spring on both sides can be unlocked through upward lifting and pulling motion to remove the air deflector assembly. An inverse process should be followed for installation.
