  A: Service the air filter box by disconnecting the MAF sensor electric connector then loosening the clamp which releases the outlet pipe from the air filter box but retighten it to 5 Nm (44 lb-in) upon completion. This assembly is removable by hand without any tool usage because you should disassemble the air filter box feet from rubber grommets and the air filter box inlet port. Reinstall procedures must include adequate connection of the three air filter box feet into the rubber grommets underneath the air filter box assembly while also ensuring a secure seal of the air filter box outlet pipe to block unmetered air ingestion into the engine.
