The crankcase vent tube and vacuum tube need separation from the pipe before performing air cleaner outlet pipe service. Tighten the clamp which connects the air cleaner outlet pipe to the air cleaner cover to 3 Nm (27 lb-in) after setting it loose. The air cleaner outlet tube attachment to the throttle body requires the clamp to loosen before removing the pipe. Reinstall the clamp on the air cleaner outlet pipe while maintaining it at 5 Nm (44 lb-in). The owner must ensure a tight seal on the air cleaner outlet pipe to avoid engine pollution through unmetered air and perform the installation process in the opposite order of removal.
