  A: The throttle body service procedure requires disconnecting the ground cable of the battery and draining the cooling system. The service on the throttle body requires removing the air cleaner outlet pipe while disconnecting the electronic throttle control electrical connector. Both coolant inlet and outlet hoses need detachment from the throttle body before work continues. The installation process begins by unbolting the four throttle body screws then trashing the old gasket. Ensure you install a new gasket on the new throttle body before tightening bolts to 10 Nm (89 lb-in). Close the system by reinstalling components and perform a cooling system fill-up followed by bleeding.
