Brake components experience permanent damage by any fluid other than DOT 3 approved brake fluid therefore driving the vehicle to complete inoperability. Always handle brake fluid carefully while avoiding eye contact because immediate handwashing is crucial after use in case of any irritation require professional medical assistance. Ingesting the substance requires immediate medical care following a combination of water consumption with vomiting induction. Caution is needed due to brake fluid behavior that harms painted and plastic surfaces therefore require immediate water cleaning. Opening the brake caliper removal begins by removing the flow bolt and putting the hose somewhere aside with disposal of two copper washers. The installer should tighten the flow bolt to achieve a torque value of 25 Nm during the reinstallation process. Secondly remove the two brake caliper guide bolts then tighten them to 27 Nm (20 ft. lbs.) when reinstalling. Safely take out the brake caliper but maintain the brake caliper hose free from twisting throughout installation. The service completion requires bleeding the brake system after reinstallation in the reverse order.
