To do the lower intake manifold, maintain safety measures, de-pressurize the fuel and detach battery ground. Take out the upper intake manifold, remove the fuel lines, and loosen the harness wiring. Lift the bottom intake manifold, wipe surfaces, replace gaskets and put together parts, tighten bolts to 10 Nm. Reconnect everything.
