How to Safely and Effectively Service the Brake Master Cylinder Reservoir on Mercury Mariner?

Do not use anything but DOT 3 brake fluid in order to service the brake master cylinder reservoir. Be careful not to touch with bare hands and wash hands thereafter. Take off reservoir cap, unplug the warning switch and empty the fluid by suction. Install new seals, lubricate with DOT 3 fluid, and invert steps, and bleed the system.
