After removal of the two nuts and clamp tighten them to 48 Nm (35 ft. lbs.) before reinstalling them. Service the isolator by inspecting for signs of damage or wear and replace it if needed before detaching it from the assembly. A careful counterclockwise rotation of the muffler and tailpipe assembly around the rear axle lets removal happen while separating the isolator. Secure the new exhaust fasteners without torque until you integrate all components before an alternating torque sequence brings the flanges together equally to achieve 33 Nm (24 ft. lbs.). Complete the procedure by enabling the fire suppression system after repowering it.
