Detach the two coolant reservoir hose retainers which are connected to the compressor manifold and tube assembly before removing the washer reservoir filler neck bolt. Reinstall it to 6 Nm (53 lb-in) torque. First disconnect the suction fitting from the compressor manifold and tube by removing its nut while discarding the gasket but tightening the fitting at 15 Nm (11 lb-ft). Install replacement gasket seals and apply the required amount of clean PAG oil to the refrigerant system before performing the reinstallation according to the removal steps. The refrigerant system should be evacuated then tested for leaks followed by charging the system with refrigerant.
