How to Service the Fog Light Bulb on Mercury Milan?

In order to service the bulb of the fog lamp, the headlamp and ignition switches should not be on. Place the car in a hoist, unhook the electrical connector and unpopulate the bulb by holding the base of the bulb. Avoid touching the glass. The new bulb can be installed by reversing the steps taken apart, and should never be used without a bulb.
