How to service the rear window wiper motor on Mercury Mountaineer?

To repair the rear window wiper motor, take out the wiper pivot arm, grommet and cover trim panel. Unscrew electrical connectors and screw out the nuts of a motor and screw them with 6 Nm when replacing. Installation on the other end is the same in reverse, but make sure the nut is tightened to 10 Nm.
