How to service and repair the auxiliary air duct on Mercury Villager?

In order to service the auxiliary air duct, take off the quarter trim on the right and C-pillar upper trim panel. Unscrew out the bottom auxiliary A/C duct and C-pillar duct. Unscrew the roof opening panel drain hose, strip out the overhead duct then the forward overhead duct. Reverse the steps to install.

How to service and repair the intake air duct on Mercury Villager?

The final step should be to remove the air cleaner outlet tube and disconnect the vacuum hose in order to repair the intake air duct. Unscrew the band clamps and then remove the breather tube inlet hose and the bypass air inlet hose, and then the transaxle vent tube. Take the top and bottom resonator and repeat to install.
