  A: Service and repair of the radiator requires first disconnecting the battery ground cable from the system and draining all cooling fluids. Lower transmission cooler line and lower Radiator Hose disconnection occurs first followed by removing the wiring harness from the fan shroud. Lower the vehicle after placing both the relay box and coolant reservoir hose to one side. The first step is to disconnect the cooling fan electrical connector followed by placing the upper radiator hose and upper transmission cooler line aside before performing radiator assembly removal. Detach the radiator assembly by unscrewing its bracket bolts first. The installation of the new radiator should include transferring the cooling fan assembly while performing the removal steps in reverse order.
