The process of servicing the wheel bearing and wheel hub in the front suspension demands detachment of the wheel speed sensor electrical connector followed by wheel and tire removal. Closely disconnect the wheel speed sensor harness from its retainers before detaching it and tighten the harness to 12 Nm (106 lb-in) when re-assembling the components. The brake hose operation demands proper maintenance by removing the two bolts so the caliper and anchor plate assembly can be supported with mechanic's wire before securing it at 200 Nm (148 lb-ft) torque. Following this operation discard the brake disc as well as all four wheel bearing and wheel hub bolts before reinstalling your new hardware while tightening them to 175 Nm (129 lb-ft). To install new wheel bearing and wheel hub components you should detach the wheel speed sensor bolt and sensor while reinstalling them with a torque size of 18 Nm (159 lb-in). When reinstalling the wheel bearing and hub without replacement the original components must receive a new O-ring seal to avert harm to the wheel bearing. Proceed with the installation by performing the opposite steps used for removal.

The front wheel hub repair process should begin with disconnecting the wheel speed sensor electrical connector. Assume NEUTRAL gear position for the vehicle while positioning it on a hoist. Strip away the wheel speed sensor harness bracket bolt before taking the harness out from its retainers. Reinstall this harness later at 12 Nm (9 lb-ft). Avoid allowing the caliper and anchor plate assembly to depend on the brake hose since this poses a danger to maintenance. Properly support the caliper with mechanic's wire while tightening bolts to 200 Nm (148 lb-ft) torque specifications. Remove the brake disc followed by removing the four bolts securing the wheel bearing and wheel hub assembly and then extract the wheel bearing and wheel hub before tightening all bolts to 150 Nm (111 lb-ft). The wheel bearing and wheel hub installation requires you to remove both the wheel speed sensor bolt and wheel speed sensor which should be tightened with 18 Nm (13 lb-ft). After wheel bearing and wheel hub reinstallation of original components it is essential to install a fresh O-ring seal for the assembly. The installation will finish by completing the reversed removal process.

If necessary, install the wheel speed sensor and bolt, tightening to 18 Nm (159 lb-in).

Remove the wheel speed sensor bolt and the sensor from the assembly, tightening the sensor bolt to 18 Nm (13 lb-ft) during reinstallation.

Install it and tighten it to 300 Nm (221 lb-ft) with an assistant pressing the brake pedal.
