You must begin servicing the rear window wiper motor from the PARK position by enabling the switch ON to start and let it complete one wiping cycle. Mark the wiper blade end position on the back glass before turning OFF the switch. This will help during reinstallation. The removal of the rear pivot arm begins by elevating the component to vertical then pushing its locking tab sideways while extracting it up to detach the part. First remove both the rear wiper motor shaft nut cover along with the shaft nut for reinstalling by tightening it to 7 Nm (62 lb-in). Rear wiper motor cover removal must precede the rear wiper motor bracket nut extraction and both parts require 4 Nm (35 lb-in) torque settings when reinstalling. You should remove the bolt along with the rear wiper motor while making sure the front wiper motor gets tightened at 5 Nm (44 lb-in) during installation. Conclude by performing the opposite of removal steps and attend to the rear wiper pivot arm positioning.

Begin by removing the cowl top vent panels.

For installation, reverse the removal procedure.

Disconnect the electrical connector, then remove the nut and bolt securing the rear wiper motor before taking the motor out.

Open the liftgate and proceed to remove the rear wiper motor plastic cover.

Reverse the removal procedure to complete the installation.

Next, take out the wiper motor linkage bolt, ensuring to tighten it to 17 Nm (13 lb-ft) upon reinstallation.

Turn it ON and allow it to operate for at least one cycle.
