    How to service the LH temperature blend door actuator on Lincoln MKX? Posted by Customer

    You start service of the LH temperature blend door actuator by taking out the two lower bolts from the steering column opening cover and detaching the cover. Take the in-vehicle temperature sensor aspirator hose and electrical connector off before moving the instrument panel wire harness aside from the actuator. Before lifting the actuator remove three screws holding the LH temperature blend door actuator plus disconnect its power link. Evaluate the LH temperature blend door linkage to make sure it has appropriate placement and free movement without damage. You may simply take off the two retaining tabs to handle the linkage when it requires maintenance. To put back the system undo all removal actions keeping unharmed original linkage parts if the kit includes them.
