Next move on to remove the lower steering column opening finish panel reinforcement by dislodging its securing bolts. Remove all screws from the relay panel to detach it then disconnect and remove the vacuum hose. The vacuum control motor requires rotating while the lever has to be disengaged before removing the motor with caution to prevent the lever from breaking because it is brittle. The replacement process should follow the order of steps in reverse order.
