Use the illustrated steps to remove the floor console while strictly following both the illustration and table instructions including every specified action per part. The console gasket/mat must come out before the console bin because both sides of the console press against the bracket to keep it in place. Start by following the steps of disassembly in reverse order when you need to put the floor console back.

Service on the floor console begins with removing the floor console mat followed by unfastening its four screws. The floor console bin should be taken out as the next step in the procedure. The floor console gasket/mat needs the floor console bin removed before it can be extracted because it finds its attachment points on the sides of the console bin. After removing the bin from its position you should extract the floor console gasket/mat. First remove the floor console bracket retaining bolts before disconnecting the bracket from its installation mounts. The installation requires the opposite sequence of actions used for removal.
