    Service of the 6.4L Diesel cooling fan shroud requires starting with radiator removal and lower radiator hose retainer removal. The fuel cooler system pump aside should be placed after removing all the bolts. The radiator hose connecting the turbocharger actuator cooler to the fuel cooling system needs detachment from its installation retainer. First disconnect the lower fan shroud wiring harness retaining straps and retainers before setting the wiring harness to the side. To finish the installation process take off the last part which is the lower fan shroud. After finishing the installation process follow the exact opposite steps of removal.
