    The service of auxiliary evaporator lines starts by placing the vehicle on a hoist at NEUTRAL gear position. The refrigerant recovery must begin followed by fitting removal of lines at the front auxiliary outlet where the operator should discard O-ring sealing components. Remove the three bolts and place the shield to the side before you disconnect both fittings at the front tube-in-tube fitting while discarding the O-ring seals. Begin by removing the line brackets which precedes the removal of the front auxiliary inlet and outlet lines at both ends. Following this disconnect the fittings at the rear tube-in-tube fitting then remove its bolts with line brackets. Remove the auxiliary tube-in-tube assembly as the last step. The installation should follow the removal steps in reverse while using clean mineral oil to lubricate the new O-ring seals before adding the correct amount of clean PAG refrigerant compressor oil F7AZ-19D589-DA (Motorcraft YN-12-C) into the refrigerant system. Perform evacuation then apply leak testing and refrigerant charging of the system post-installation.
