    A: In order to fix the non-functional ignition switch lock cylinder, the battery ground cable should be disconnected and Supplemental Restraints System (SRS) turned off. Take out the steering wheel, drill out the lock cylinder retaining pin and ignition lock key slot. Clean and change the lock cylinder, and turn the SRS back on.
