Disconnect condenser fittings with a wrench each side and discard O-rings. Remove radiator and condenser bracket bolts, move radiator back, remove core. Reinstall with new O-rings, lubricate with PAG oil, evacuate, leak-test and charge.
- Q: How to Service and Repair the A/C Hose from Condenser to Evaporator on 2006 Ford E-250?A: Recover refrigerant. For diesel, remove nut, disconnect condenser fitting, discard O-ring and tighten new fitting. For other engines, remove air cleaner, wrench apart fittings, discard O-rings, fit new.
