  • Q: How to Service and Repair the Front Door Jamb Switch for the Alarm on 2008 Lincoln Town Car?
    A: In order to fix the door disarm switch, take off the LH front door trim panel and watershield. Disassemble door lock cylinder actuating rod and E-clip, and remove actuating pawl. Disengage electrical connector and dislodge the switch. Installation is reversed by following the steps in reverse direction and assembling the switch at a position facing harness.
