How to Service the Heated Oxygen Sensors on 2000 Ford Contour?

To replace the heated oxygen sensor, you need to take off the engine splash shield, release the electrical connector of the sensor and unplug the wiring harness. Disassemble air conditioning and power steering hose retaining nuts, coolant hose studs, dipstick tube bolts and dipstick. Lastly, take out the exhaust manifold heat shield and sensor and reverse to install.
