How to Service and Repair Coil Springs on 2000 Ford E-150 Econoline?

In order to service the coil spring, lift the vehicle, take off the wheel, and off the front stabilizer bar with the support of the axle. In case of necessity, disassemble disc brakes caliper. Unscrew the shock absorber, disconnect the upper spring retainer and unscrew the lower retainer to remove the coil spring. Reverse for installation.
