Woman first removes the plastic rivet retainers and air deflector before disconnecting the upper radiator hose and overflow hose from the radiator. Acounterclockwise rotation of the large clutch assembly nut with its right-hand thread is what permits its removal process. Detach the fan and fan clutch from the water pump pulley after which you can remove the bolts to lift the fan shroud, fan, and fan clutch from the vehicle.
