How to Remove and Install a Fan Blade, Fan Clutch, and Fan Shroud on Ford E-150 Econoline?

To service the fan clutch, empty the cooling system, take off air cleaner assembly and unscrew the hoses. Turn the nut of the assembly of the clutch anti-clockwise to undo the fan and the clutch. Take off fan shroud and radiator and re-fit them in reverse of these steps with hose clamps having been changed.

How to Service and Repair a Cooling Fan Blade on Ford E-150 Econoline?

In order to fix the parts of the cooling fan, drain the cooling system and take away the air cleaner assembly. Disconnect hoses, remove the fan and clutch and remove the fan shroud. Take out the radiator by removing the splash shield and the lower radiator hose and removing the radiator. To install, undo the procedure in reverse, with hose clamps.
