The next step is to separate the fan blade from the clutch accompanied by the shroud before performing the vehicle lift. Detach the lower radiator hose and degas supply hose from the radiator and lower the vehicle. The removal of the upper hose from the radiator enables access to uninstall the two pin-type retainers and position the radiator sight shield to the side. The installation process starts by taking out the right upper radiator support bolts and removing the insulator which retains it. You should separate the vent hose from the radiator before extracting all bolts alongside the insulator from the left side radiator support. Remove the radiator as well as its lower insulators from the radiator or frame extension. The installation process requires following the steps in reverse order of the removal sequence.
